This is the website for Dana Cameron, Bobby, Sierra and Kirsten. We are currently doing mission work
in Guayaquil Ecuador.
I (Dana) am currently teaching afternoons at the Nuevo Mundo (New World) School. The school accepts
paying students K-12 for morning classes, and uses their tuition money to fund classes in the afternoon for poor students
from Duran. I teach english for grades 1-4 and LOVE it. I am also involved in a community outreach program, teaching
english to teenagers in the community who cannot afford to pay for classes. Our mission work also involves volunteering
for the Padre Damien Hospital which treats patients with Hansens Disease (leprosy), The Por Cristo medical and nutrition clinic,
and Iglesia Santa Rosa de Lima in one of the poorest sections of the city.
